TEXACO Motex 2T x 1 litre (Box of 12) Motex 2T two cycle engine lubricant offers highly reliable protection to light and medium duty engines, delivering exceptional protection against wear and piston scuffing and outstanding keep-clean performance. Customer benefits: Low-ash additive performance - Motex 2T is formulated for land applications in air cooled engines in light and medium duty operations such as in light motorcycles, mopeds and lawnmower applications. This high quality lubricant is formulated from solvent-neutral base oils, bright stock and high performance low ash additive systems. Anti-scuff piston protection - Advanced formulation Motex 2T is a robust and reliable lubricant that provides light and medium duty two-cycle engines with optimum bearing wear and piston scuffing protection, and prevents the formation of oxidation deposits in the engine’s crankcase in high temperature operations. This high level engine protection also prevents sparkplug fouling, exhaust system blockage and corrosion, and delivers excellent protection against high temperature ring sticking and deposit- induced pre-ignition. Applications: • Low to medium severity air-cooled, land-based two-stroke engine applications including light motorcycles, mopeds and lawnmowers. This product is not recommended for chainsaws or other severe applications. • Motex 2T should be used in 50/1 fuel/oil ratio, however engine manufacturers’ recommendations should be followed if different doses are indicated. • Motex 2T is miscible with gasoline, and is also suitable for self-mixing and posilube lubricating systems, providing ambient temperatures are relatively mild.
