AZTEC Water Glycol Hydraulic Fluid HFC 46 x205 litres FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID Product Code: FIRE003 - Revision: 20190723 Product Description A water based hydraulic fluid for use in hazardous environments where leakage of conventional oil based, pressure transfer media would present a serious fire hazard. The viscosity meets typical ISO 46 requirements and can therefore be used in a wide variety of hydraulic equipment. Benefits Applications • Excellent Fire Resistance. • Excellent Lubricity. • Excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. • Compatible with multiple seal types, including synthetic rubber and packings such as Butyl, EPR, Viton, Teflon, Nylon, Silicone, Buna, Neoprene and Natural Rubber. Typical applications are, pressure diecasting machines, injection moulding machines, furnace tilting equipment, forging and extrusion presses, welding plant fixtures, regulators and controls, glass forming machines, ingot manipulators, fork lift trucks and cranes. Suitable for use with a variety of seals and paints and coatings. Not suitable where cadmium or zinc coatings (unless passivated) and aluminium should be hard anodised. Aluminium rubbing contacts should be avoided. When converting from alternative hydraulic fluids full flushing of the system is advised.
