It is intended for use as a fluid gear grease for the immersion lubrication of toothed gears, worm gears and chains operating more smoothly with a softer grease. Description: Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 is a high performance lubricating grease especially developed for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR Sec. 178.3570. Furthermore the product has been designed in the light of the requirements of the ISO 21469 / DIN V 10517. With its soft consistency Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 is particularly suitable as a fluid gear grease providing good antiwear protection. It also ensures good protection against corrosion and is mineral hydrocarbon free. Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 can be applied by brush, spatula, grease gun, or grease cartridge. It can also be dispensed through centralised single-line lubrication systems. Before substituting Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 for other greases, thoroughly clean the lubrication/friction points. If the greases are miscible, relubrication is sufficient. In gears, however, used grease should be removed as far as possible.
