Because of the inherent lubricity and cooling properties, CareCut ES2 can be used in applications where traditionally much higher viscosity products were used. The physical characteristics of Carecut ES 2 mean that the flash point is relatively high and the low surface tension properties mean increased wetting characteristics which directly relates to low product consumption. Recommended for metal-cutting and grinding applications where the material is difficult to machine. Particularly successful for deep hole drilling where it's ester performance easily out-performs that of traditional fluids. Carecut ES2 has proven itself on spray mist applications. It is suitable for use in all forms of high pressure coolant applications, all ferrous and non-ferrous metal machining. Carecut ES 2 can be used for all forms of grinding, but especially effective with CBN wheels, severe grinding, form grinding and gear grinding on machines such as: Niles, Kapp Reishauer.
