AZTEC Rust Preventative LT/SF x 20 litres Product Code: RUS011 - Revision: 20190715 Product Description A long-term solvent deposited rust preventative, with powerful dewatering properties. On evaporation of the solvent this rust preventative leaves a soft flexible protective film. Rapidly removes water from components after machining using soluble cutting fluids or following cleaning processes. Benefits Applications • Low odour de-aromatised hydrocarbon solvent, increasing operator acceptance. • Powerful corrosion inhibitors protect from corrosion. • Versatile and can be used for a range of applications. • Long bath life achievable. • Excellent dewatering properties. The residual film is suitable for the protection of finished components and machinery internals such as engines, gearboxes and hydraulic components. Can be applied by brushing or spraying but its dewatering action is most effective if the articles to be protected can be immersed in a dip tank.
