The product has been formulated for the cleaning of metal working machines, central distribution systems and other equipment using aqueous fluids that requires cleaning before a fluid change. Applications Houghto-Clean MSC should be added to the in use coolant or other water based fluid, 24 to 48 hours before the machine or central system is emptied. During this time the equipment can remain in production. For fluids which have been confirmed to have low levels of microbial contamination Houghto-Clean MSC is the only required treatment. When microbial contamination requires treatment Houghto-Clean MSC should be used in combination with a suitable active biocide and fungicide. Recommendations for Use Concentration = 2% v/v for microbially clean systems Addition of an active biocide and fungicide should also be made when microbial contamination is present.
