Upon dilution, the resulting translucent emulsion offers excellent sump life and good machining characteristics. A wide range of general purpose machining and grinding applications will benefit from the use of Hocut 808 with its features of versatile performance and excellent sump life. Hocut 808 is a highly versatile product and is ideal for large machine shops with many single sump machines or in centralised systems. Most materials including titanium and nickel alloys can be successfully machined with emulsions offering good inter-stage corrosion protection. The microfine semi-synthetic emulsion has excellent detergency keeping machines clean and is very cost effective to use.
