PUR 300 is a highly effective, non-silicone mould release agent, based on a blend of waxes and hydrocarbon solvents. It has been specifically formulated to facilitate release of high density rigid polyurethanes and refrigeration/insulation foams. Advantages: * Low mould build-up * Reduced post moulding costs (no degreasing needed) * Will allow post painting, in-mould painting and adhesion of secondary coverings * Easily removed using Ambersil Heavy Duty Mould Cleaner or Ambersil Mould Cleaner (for resin tooling) PUR 300 is completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. staining, painting) of the moulded part.
