National Marine Manufacturers Association NMMA TC-W3. Developed for high performance water cooled outboard two stroke spark ignition. The stringent performance levels demanded of this specification supersede those of NMMA TC-W2, the former boating industry association (BIA) TC-W, and the former API TSC-4, and can be used where these classifications are specified.
