AZTEC MIRACOR 640 W x 20 litres Product Code: RUS017 - Revision: 20190715 Product Description A medium-term rust preventative designed to be diluted with water to form an emulsion when in use. The Emulsion leaves a thin oily film on the component following the evaporation of the water from the emulsion. The concentrate is formulated from mineral oil, film forming agents and corrosion inhibiting additives. Ideal for inter-operational protection of iron, steel and aluminium components. It is recommended to dilute the concentrate in water to approximately 10 to 20%. Warming the water before mixing will improve mixing. It is advised to avoid using extremely hard water as this may affect performance. Can be applied by flooding, dipping, brush or spray. Increasing temperatures up to 55°C will accelerate drying and help to limit bacterial growth. Residual film can be removed by common hydrocarbon solvents or alkali cleaners.
