AZTEC MIRACOR 630 PL x 1000 litres IBC Product Code: RUS030 - Revision: 20190715 Product Description Rust Preventative Presslube has been formulated to provide medium term corrosion protection and will resist corrosion in both indoor and outdoor environments, protecting the sensitive surface of rolled steel strip. An oil-based, barium free rust preventative sheet coating oil with the additional lubricity to provide pressing and moulding performance. Many forming operations can be carried out without the need for additional lubricants. This makes the product of value in the automotive industry where a single product is needed to provide corrosion protection, lubricate in a forming operation and then be easily removed without interfering with any of the further operations. Can be applied by spraying, dipping, or rolling. 20 - 40°C is the recommended application temperature and increasing the temperature will aid in the filtration of the product. Residual film can be easily removed by common hydrocarbon solvents and neutral or alkaline cleaning agents.
