Optigear Synthetic X is a CLP-HC gear oil (according to DIN 51502) and exceeds the minimum requirements according to DIN 51517, part 3, CLP gear oils. Application: Used in spur gear, bevel gears or planetary gear units and in heavy loaded gear units, e.g. wind turbine main gears. Optigear Synthetic X 320 can offer a significantly greater resistance to micropitting, providing gearbox protection under high loads, and preserving turbine components longer. It also creates a 5 to 10% thicker oil film to improve gearbox protection and cut wear, while smoothing surfaces resulting in minimal wear or damage. Operating temperature range -30 °C to +95 °C.
