This product is specially recommended for the machining of high tensile strength steels and other difficult metals over a wide range of operations including automatics, CNC lathes, and form tool work such as gear roughing and broaching operations. Castrol Hysol EPS possesses a special additive system to ensure an extension of sump life, excellent component finish, and resistance to both corrosion and bacterial attack. Hysol EPS is able to perform certain machining operations that formally were carried out using neat cutting oils.
