AZTEC Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 x 205 litres Product Code: FIRE005 - Revision: 20181113 Product Description Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 is a biodegradable, fire resistant hydraulic fluid with selfextinguishing properties, formulated from synthetic esters and carefully selected additives. Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 is designed to reduce the risk of explosion when in contact with hot metal surfaces and/or open flames. Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 is mineral oil free so it has a higher flash and combustion point than traditional mineral oil based hydraulic oils. A high viscosity index provides reliable lubrication performance over a wide operating temperature range. Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 offers high oxidation and ageing resistance, excellent corrosion protection and anti-wear properties. Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 is primarily used as a fireresistant hydraulic fluid in machines or plants operating in hazardous environments. Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 68 also provides an advantage over mineral oil-based hydraulics where environmental protection and biodegradability are a priority. Temperatures should not exceed 70°C - 90°C in the operating components of the hydraulic system.
