TEXACO TEXCLAD AL HV0 GREASE x 180 kgs Texclad AL HV 0 is a high performance sprayable aluminium complex grease, formulated with quality mineral base oil in combination with a very fine graphite element. It is suitable for the lubrication of rotary furnaces or similar hot lubricating points even under dusty and wet conditions • Texclad AL HV 0 is pumpable and especially suited for applications in centralised lubricating systems employed increasingly in the mining, sugar, cement and steel industries. In a wide operating temperature range from –20°C to +200°C, Texclad AL HV 0 provides smooth operation of machines and aggregates • Attention must be paid to ensure that under scheduled lubrication a maximum temperature of +200°C is not exceeded. At temperatures in excess of this, continuous re-lubrication must be ensured or shorter re-greasing intervals introduced, subject to thermal load. Under these conditions temperatures up to +250°C may be reached.
