BUY Molykote D10 Anti-Friction Coating x 5 kgs Heat curing dry lubricant. Application: For metal/metal combinations involving slow to medium-fast movements and medium to heavy loads. Suitable for the permanent lubrication of heavily loaded friction contacts involving low to medium speeds, also in direct contact with lubricating oil or grease. Used in automotive applications like pistons in internal combusting engines; gears; also used as an electrically conducting corrosion-protection coating on domestic appliance parts. Apply by spraying, dipping, centrifuging, screen printing or inkball printing. Recommended dry film thickness: 5 to 20µm. Curing: 30 minutes at 180ºC (object temperature). Curing should take place immediately after coating.
