AZTEC Lithium PTFE Grease x 400 gms (Box of 12) Product Code: GRE/PTFE - Revision: 20190710 Product Description A premium quality lithium complex soap grease, reinforced with Extreme Pressure (EP),PTFE and anticorrosion agents, designed for use in all anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load, and where water washout or ingress is a problem. Benefits Applications • Good mechanical stability extends lubrication intervals. • Excellent load carrying and shock load resistance properties reduces premature component wear. • High level of water resistance ensures long lubricant service life. • Full corrosion protection of working surfaces reduces component costs. Can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun (400g cartridges available) ), or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI No.2grease. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. As a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
