Bondloc PVC Pipe Cement x 500ml (Box of 12) Bondloc PVC Pipe Cement is a non-drip, thixotropic solvent pipe cement for use with non-pressure PVC and ABS thermoplastic pipes and conduits. Conforms to BS6209. Areas For Use: Bonding uPVC and ABS non-pressure pipes to themselves and each other; ie uPVC soil and ventilating pipes, fittings and accessories conforming to BS4514; uPVC rainwater piping/goods conforming to BS4576; uPVC underground drainpipes and fittings conforming to BS4660; ABS or uPVC waste pipes and fittings conforming to BS5255. Surface Preparation Ensure surfaces being adhered are clean and dry. Cute pipe squarely. Remove all frayed edges and slightly abrade the pipe and socket with emery cloth and degrease with Bondloc Solvent Cleaner if required. Check that the two ends fit correctly together. Application Apply a thin layer and even layer of adhesive to both surfaces with brush. Slide the pipes together immediately. Do not attempt to move or twist. Hold in place for 20-30 seconds then clean off excess adhesive with a clean rag. Allow at least 10 minutes for adhesive to dry before handling and at least 6 hours before putting into service.
